We are inviting a group of 20 to 30 tourism businesses in La Araucanía to be the first to sell on the portal, with no monthly fee and the lowest commission.
In the meantime: a free listing for 12 months
Online booking opens in stages. Starting today you can list your business in the directory, free for 12 months from the day we approve it.
Visitors go to your website
The main button takes them to your website, or your WhatsApp if you have no website. You take the booking, with no commission.
We show you the clicks
We count how many people went from araucania.tours to your website, WhatsApp or Instagram.
When online booking opens, you decide whether to join as a founding partner: 15% only when you sell, no monthly fee. If not, your listing stays free in the directory as a contact listing.
What a founding partner gets
The terms are the same for every founding partner. Commissions include VAT.
15% only when you sell
You pay a 15% commission per booking for 24 months from your first sale. After that, the standard 18% commission applies.
No monthly fee
Listing is free and there is no fixed cost. During the pilot, every tool is free.
8% on your own channels
With your booking link and button on your website or Instagram, the commission on those bookings is 8%.

What you need
To appear in the directory
A free profile with your contact details. No tax registration required.
To sell online
A Chilean tax ID (RUT) with registered business activity (SII). For lodging and adventure tourism, your listing shows whether you are registered with Sernatur (Law 20,423): if you are not yet, you can still sell and your listing says so.

Frequently asked questions
Does signing up cost anything or commit me to anything?
No. Signing up only tells us you are interested. We go over the terms before you publish anything.
Do I have to leave Booking, Airbnb or other platforms?
No. For lodging, the calendar syncs with Booking and Airbnb so bookings never overlap.
How do I get paid?
Guests pay online and the payment is split automatically: your share goes to your account and the commission to the portal.
What happens to the 15% after 24 months?
The standard 18% commission applies. To keep the 15% during those 24 months, your calendar must be up to date and you cannot cancel bookings on your own.
